We want your purchase to be perfect. It is for this reason that each item is custom made. It is also why we ensure you are actively involved in the design process. Every blanket is custom made and therefore our entire team invests a lot of time in creating a blanket that is specific to your vision.
Upon approval of the design, your customized blanket will be created. As this item is made specifically for you, your purchase is non-refundable.
However, should you decide you no longer want the product prior to providing final design approval, please note the refund schedule below:
If you change your mind prior to submitting any of the letters, and within 5 days of your purchase, you will be entitled to a 90% refund.
If you change your mind after your letters have been submitted or during the design process, you may be entitled to a 50% refund on your purchase. The refund amount will be evaluated and decided upon at our sole discretion. This number will be dependent on a number of conditions including, but not limited to, how much designing has been done and how much time has lapsed.
If there is a discrepancy between the design and the product you received, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package. If you believe there is a discrepancy between the approved design and your final product, please review the terms and conditions below:
- We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store and via email. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. We will not offer exchanges for color discrepancy.
- Upon giving approval for the product design, you warrant that the product, design, and all the information it holds is accurate and acceptable for production. Your approval marks the sale as final.
- Your design team will review your request on a case-by-case basis. If they rule in your favor, you will be provided with a new product subject to design changes. You will not be granted a refund on your purchase.
- To be eligible for an exchange on your product, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Shipping is non-refundable
- If the design team requires you to send the original product back, you will be solely responsible for the charges and tracking associated with the shipping the package.
