What type of pen and paper should I use to write the letter?

For best results, please use a black ink pen on plain white paper to write the letter. Our team advises using a uniball or sharpie pen and avoid using any fine point pens. Fine point pens tend to loose visibility once they are screened onto the fabric. If you would like to write in color, simply advise your Designer and that person will make the arrangements upon screening the letter. Our team can customize the font to any color you want and the easiest way to do so is with the original letter in black ink.

How long does the design & production take?

The design process is highly dependent on your individual timeline. The design process cannot begin until we have received all hand written letters that are to be put on the blanket.  Once those have been received, our team will work diligently to send you some design options.  The design process is approximately 1 week; however, this can be expedited if required. After you have approved the design, the production of the blanket takes approximately 2-3 weeks.  Once the customized blanket has been created it will be shipped to you.  Our team will keep in touch without throughout design and production so you know exactly how quickly you will receive your blanket. Please keep in mind that this is simply a guideline. This can altered based on your response time.

I need a blanket right away - What are my options?

If you require a blanket right away, our team will make every effort to meet your timeline. Please keep in mind that a good portion of the design process is dependent on you as well (i.e. compiling the letters, approval of the design, etc.). If both parties are working efficiently, our team can easily meet majority of the timelines requested.

What if I decide I don’t want the blanket?

If during the design process you decide that you do not want the blanket, you have the option to suspend the process. If you choose to suspend during this time, you will receive a 50% refund on your purchase.  Once the blanket has been approved for production the blanket will be printed and sent to your attention. After the design has been approved your purchase is non-refundable. Please review our refund policy for future details.

What if I don’t like the design that the Design team has created for me?

The design process is a collaborative effort between yourself and our team. It is expected that you will want to see some design changes upon review of the first mock up. Please communicate any changes to us and we will make the changes as you request them. Our team is here to support your vision so please communicate any changes you wish to see. Your blanket will not be created until you are 100% happy with the design and provide approval to move forward to production.

What type of care is required for the blankets?

All the specific care instructions are noted on the individual product listing.  As a general rule, wash your Sentiment Blanket separately in cool or warm water using a gentle machine cycle and phosphate-free detergent. Machine dry using a low temperature setting. If required, use an iron with a light touch on a synthetic setting only. This is just a general rule. Please be sure to review the instructions on the product listings or contact us for specific care instructions.

Is your pricing flexible?

All of our blankets are custom made to meet your design vision. As such, our team can work with you to tailor your blanket to meet your budget. Please contact us for pricing specific questions.

Why is my purchase non-refundable?

Every blanket is custom made and therefore our entire team invests a lot of time in creating a blanket that is specific to your vision. Should you change your mind prior to final approval, you will receive a 50% refund. Upon approval of the design, your customized blanket will be created.  As this item is made specifically for you, we won’t be able to re-sell your product. What is your return policy?

You have final approval of the blankets design.  As all blankets are custom made, all purchases are final; however, if there is a discrepancy between the approved design and the final product, please contact us right away for options. Please review our refund policy for future details.
